  RENTERS BE AWARE. I've lived in Huntington Place for 3 years. Worse 3 years of my life. First I had mold from day one today is my last day at this place and I still have mold in the walls and shower. The property manager told me to spray it with bleach. Also I went to trap the wall with my foot and it when threw because it was so suggy. My apartment smells musty and it's been cleaned. I've told the Property manager plenty of times my sink, toilet, and had mold in my apartment and it took the more then 2 months just to fix the handle on my toilet nothing else. Property Management is not very helpful at all. Always blame her being unhelpful on the company. They will enter ur apartment without permission if u put in a work order. They will charge u a 50$ for almost anything. U will never be able to find a parking spot so have fun walking a block after 16hrs of work. I had everyone's a.c. units leaking on my floor (I lived on the bottom floor 2 br.) for 3 years before my boyfriend told them to fix it or it going to be a problem. I put in a order to have my carpets cleaned after u resign ur lease because when u signed my lease they said they would pay every year to get my carpets cleaned if I resigned my lease. I was also told my rent would go down every year I stay and it when up. Not only is this place the wosre place u can live it's also over freaking priced 620$ a month and I have mold in my apartment.???? I'll just waiting for all the money I'm going to get charged. Not only that they this think switching management is going to help with all this construction and lawn mower going at 8am, leaf blowers going down the halls when it snows and yes leaf blowers. Everyone is going to move out before any of the construction is done. They have been fixing thing since I've moved in. Also u can't trust letting your kid play in the grass while ur watching them out side with them because people think they are special and park on the grass right in front of my window. Not only that u can hear threw the walls animals running around and people talking outside the apartment . Not only that it's not live able u will end up wanting to move out everyday u live there.
